One calendar for every unit
Each bounce house, lounge set and crew is tracked, so a fully booked Saturday stops taking orders without anyone stepping in.
Deposits before the date is held
Customers pay 20% to reserve. The balance is collected on the day of the party.
Confirmations and reminders
A confirmation when the order is placed, a reminder the day before, and a thank-you afterward with a link to leave a review.
Delivery-area rules
ZIP codes outside the service area can't book, and the extended area is charged its delivery fee automatically.
Changes without phone calls
Customers can move their own date or add items until six days before the party.
Runs from a phone
Orders, the calendar and payouts are in one app, with a short owner's manual written for this business.

Questions

How far do you deliver?

Delivery is included within about 25 miles of central El Paso. Areas up to 40 miles away, including Las Cruces, have a delivery fee. The booking builder checks your ZIP automatically.

What if it rains or gets too windy?

Inflatables can't be used in high wind or rain. If we have to cancel for weather, your deposit is refunded or moved to a new date, whichever you prefer.

Do I need to be home for setup?

Someone 18 or older needs to be there at setup to show us where things go and sign the safety agreement. Pickup doesn't require anyone at home.

Can I change my order after booking?

Yes. Add items or change the date online until 6 days before the party. After that, call or text us and we'll do our best.
