Who we are
Expert Insights is a professional development company founded by two professors to bring the research they teach into the workplace. We work with public agencies, schools, universities, healthcare organizations and companies that want training grounded in evidence rather than motivation alone, and every engagement is designed around the people who will be in the room.
Professor René Guillaume, PhD
Professor of Educational Leadership and Administration at New Mexico State University. Teaches a graduate course on emotional intelligence and researches how professionals advance in their organizations.
Professor Nicholas Fernandez
Professor of psychology with more than 30 years of teaching and professional development, focused on happiness, decision-making and how the mind works at work.
They are also writing a practical book for working professionals, built on the same skills taught in these workshops.
